Roger Choate
Founder & Principal
Roger Choate is the Founder and Principal of Oettinger Management Group. He founded the group in 2014 to build and operate specialized real estate companies under common ownership across Southern Indiana and the Louisville metropolitan region, and he oversees its four businesses — We Buy Doublewides, Kentuckiana Land Co., Mortgage Forfeiture, and Kentuckiana Commercial Co.
His work spans the group's four areas: manufactured housing on owned land, land acquisition, distressed residential property, and commercial real estate. As Principal, he sets the group's direction, allocates its capital, and works with each company on the acquisitions and ownership situations in its market.
Roger has worked across a wide range of real estate transactions throughout the Kentuckiana region, building a practical understanding of local markets and the ownership challenges property owners face. The group is based in Jeffersonville, Indiana, and remains privately held.
