Founder & Principal
Roger Choate is the Founder and Principal of Oettinger Management Group. He started the business in 2019 and built it into a group of specialized real estate companies under common ownership across Southern Indiana and the Louisville metropolitan region, later extending it into home services and a nationwide investor community.
As Principal, he sets the group's direction, allocates its capital, and works with each company on the acquisitions, ownership situations, and customers in its market. The group's six businesses are We Buy Doublewides, Kentuckiana Land Co., Mortgage Forfeiture, Kentuckiana Commercial Co., Kentuckiana HomePros, and OwnerRoute Investor Forum.
