Why the group runs six companies instead of one
Each market the group serves has its own customers, questions, and process. A manufactured-home owner, a landowner, a family dealing with probate, and an investor comparing foreclosure rules do not need the same conversation.
So the group builds a focused company around each one. Each company develops depth in its own market and decides locally. Common ownership supplies what they share: capital, title and ownership research, and operating support. The result is specialist companies with the resources of a larger organization.

What "owned land" means for a manufactured home sale
When a manufactured or mobile home and the land under it belong to the same owner, they can be sold together in one transaction. That keeps the purchase, the paperwork, and the closing simple for the seller.
That is the basis on which We Buy Doublewides operates. It buys singlewides and doublewides on land the seller owns, purchasing the home and the real estate together. Situations that do not fit that description fall outside what the company buys.

How OwnerRoute organizes foreclosure rules by state
Foreclosure rules differ from state to state, and investors work across state lines. OwnerRoute Investor Forum addresses this with a foreclosure-rules board for each of the 50 states and the District of Columbia, alongside regional market discussion.
The rest of the forum is organized by strategy: pre-foreclosure help, sheriff and trustee sales, buying foreclosures and REO, wholesaling, fix and flip, rentals and property management, financing, and creative deals. Anyone can read the forum, and joining is free.

How the Kentuckiana HomePros directory works
Kentuckiana HomePros is a free local directory for homeowners across Southern Indiana and the Louisville metro. Homeowners search by service or by community, review what each business handles, compare up to three businesses side by side, and contact the company directly.
The directory lists more than 130 local businesses in 22 categories, from plumbing, HVAC, and roofing to electrical, foundation repair, pest control, and tree service. Businesses can list for free. It is the group's home-services company, built for the local businesses that do the work and the people who hire them.
